    Thanks for reply dnr! Hop combinations sound like the way to go. I have tried Citra and Simcoe alone so far. I think Citra is my favourite of the 2. Never thought of Cascade and Simcoe together so might be the way to go especially as I will have an idea of what Simcoe is doing. When would you...
