    Feedback on keg sanitizing method?

    If I have any other kegs that need to be cleaned I use the residual CO2 in them left over from serving to purge the StarSan from the recently cleaned keg (I have a gas post to gas post jumper for this purpose). No sense venting that co2 into the atmosphere before opening the keg when I can use...

    Feedback on keg sanitizing method?

    I do similar to OakIslandBrewery except I fill the keg completely with StarSan until liquid is at the very top of the keg, I dip the lid in StarSan and install it, spray the posts with StarSan, then use CO2 to completely empty the keg. I now have an empty keg, sanitized, and purged of oxygen...

    Keg Conditioning

    I brew a strong scotch ale once per year. To condition it I transfer to my sanitized and purged keg, hit it with enough CO2 pressure to ensure the keg is well sealed, then let it sit at room temp for 6 months. After 6 months I put in in the keezer to carbonate for serving.

    Why is there no Bluetooth pressure sensors on the market?

    My Brewbot (www.mybrewbot.uk) has a pressure sensor that interfaces with their brew controller. The brew controller also interfaces with temperature probes, Tilt, and with smart plugs to control fermentation. It uses bluetooth for the Tilt interface, and wifi to post data to the cloud.

    The code shown above is exactly what mine shows, here's the pour data: 21560 is the setting for my flowmeter pulses per gallon ... in case that's important.

    It's kinda working now, the pour value remains in the configuration field after submitting, but the pour amount is way off, it shows 0.11 oz poured when the value is 14 oz:

    I set the sample amount to 14 oz, click the "submit" button, and when the interface returns the sample amount is blank and the pours still register as 1 oz ...

    @RandR+ An enhancement request ... currently I have the "Allow Sample Pour" set to "On" and when I click the tap number I get a one ounce pour registered. It would be nice if this pour amount could be adjusted by the user to a different default amount in the configuration along with the option...
