    Cigar City Jai Alai Clone

    I put the recipe into BeerSmith 2, all grain pot and cooler with a batch size of 5 gallons, however I get the following stats: 121.4 IBU --this is much higher 9.9 SRM 9.8 ABV -- this is much higher Any thoughts? Grain bill ratios all match. Could be that the default alpha's for the hops are...

    My First Bottle Bomb

    I just had my first bottle bomb in several years of brewing.... Should I be concerned about other bottles in the batch? I'm going to try another tonight to check the carb level, and if it's high, is my best option to get the rest in the fridge?

    Using a 5 gal secondary for 3 gal

    I have 3 gallons of cider in a 3 gallon primary, and I'm considering racking to a 5.5 gallon secondary-- will I have any oxidation issues given the empty space? Any other reasons this would be a bad idea? Thanks
