I started in 2019 when a Russian Youtuber got me into brewing Kvas, a naturally fermented light beer from rye bread. I have been slowing buying more and more equipment to try different types of brews. I currently am running on five one gallon carboys which for the time being allow myself flexibility on perfecting my recipes.
