    I like Guinness. Not all the time but sometimes. It's especially good when consumed in Ireland or at least in England. In a small pub that is a hundred or more years old.     1 Pound of Galaxy and 1 Pound of Crystal - What to do?

    I used a bunch of citra dry hopping once in an IPA and it turned out great. Maybe I will put some in dry as well.
