The day went really well. I did a Honey Brown and I was able to squeeze 14 additional grav points out of the recipe which only called for 1.050. Anyways, everything went and tasted extremely well.

Maybe not as big a mistake though. Number 2 is in the 2nd ferm stage and number three I just brewed yesterday annnd I am formulating number 4.
