To use that filter you first have to rack to a keg. Then you filter from one keg to another.

I just did 11gal all grain with citra and Amarillo as well today! Keep me posted on how yours turns out and I will do the same. I also used wyeast 1332 northwest ale.

Just tasted the neighborhood with CB. EVERYONE LOVED IT!!!! Nailed the 1.040 and finished at 1.003. Crisp clear and very sessionable!!

Brewed this 4 weeks ago. It is in the keg carbing up right now. Very pleased with the way it turned out! I will for sure brew this again!

Brewed the 10 gallon AG today! I did my best to read about 70 pages of this thread. My tweak in this was that I used wy 1056 and added a good pinch of Amarillo to each of the cascade additions. Super excited!!

I am on my second beer ever. We started with AG no extract here. But both have been IPA's. I know exactly what you are talking about with the lack of mouth feel. IT WILL GO AWAY!! Just wait and it gets better with age!
