    I did my 1st Solo 10 gal. brew, and got 52% extraction efficiency, which shocked me. I've been brewing for 26 years, with a cooler mash tun, usually getting around 69 to 72% efficiency. This was an Imperial Stout, with 35.88 lb. of grain, milled as always, about 0.040"gap. I used the max...
