    I had a pint of this last Saturday. It's a very mellow beer, with the spices coming through after a little while. It's a lot lighter in colour when seen in person too.

    You could probably add those essences at bottling time or even in individual bottles. If the oils are volatile they could lose some of their flavour if added during fermentation or conditioning.

    Just pitched with this lot number a couple of hours ago. We'll see how it turns out but I'm not worried. Btw, my sachet says made in Austria. Usually marks made in Denmark. Maybe they're marked differently for the American market. Or they only send the bad ones for BeerNoob. ;p
