Thanks for the helpful info. Do those inline connectors affect the current draw on the switched output? I was thinking of tapping in and soldering the connections. Where did you find the switch and connectors?

What size stout tank is that? I was thinking of making a similar setup for my 9.2gal but I dont think i'ts tall enough.

Fyi: stout sells a dip tube attachment for these so there is less wort left behind. I have one on my 9.2 gallon BK and works great.
