well this went faster than I expected, all sales have been made this thing is closed up.

Got about 30 packs of this dry yeast I want to see go to good use. Willing to do $1.00 a packet or trade for some of yet homebrew. Shipping included. Believe date is may 15 so I hate to see these either away and be useless. Thanks, cheers ��.

I read that and it talks of pouring back in. I keep the sample in a seperate container until time to bottle then I boil thoroughly and add primer to it. I haven't noticed any issues but I've only done maybe four out of the ten or so batches I've brewed since July last year.

Is it an unwise practice to save said samples until bottle time to boil with primer and add back in??

I have a pumpkin ale hanging out until thanksgiving when I plan to do black and tans with it and my Irish stout. But I love everything fall and winter even more.

Just finished brewing NB winter warmer OG spot on, looking forward to Christmas already.

Chilled the bottles I used maple syrup in last night and drank. Didn't notice any maple flavor at all, I'm guessing if I added it to secondary it would be a different story. May have to try that as well as a Graham cracker addition on the next batch.
