Dayman coffee IPA, a Stone collaboration. Had a fresh one a month or so ago and just cracked this one open. The hops calmed down a lot and now the coffee taste is very upfront. So good!

The krausen is dried up, it's been that way since the first 24 hours

She is supposed to be a red ale, been fermenting for almost 3 weeks and yes that's a 1 gallon carboy. Looks really dark brown.

I just did my first two batches last week and didn't get an OG either (didn't buy a hydrometer yet) but I am fermenting in the primary for 3 weeks and then bottle condition for 2, will definitely be done. They haven't always had a hydrometer ya know!

The glass is actually filled with an iodophor solution ;)
