Yep, I just added it. I hadn't gotten around to working on my profile again. I can't say that I've been to Galva except maybe passing through on the train, but I've been to Galesburg several times for my stepsons high school football games.

Ok, stupid question alert. In my limited brewing experience I've only done single fermentations. What is the advantage or purpose of doing a secondary fermentation? clef

Well it's a Muntons Bock beer liquid extract with 3lbs Dark DME and Wyeast German Ale liquid yeast. I've now read that a bock is actually a lager, but all I had was the yeast that came with the Muntons and the German ale. So I use the German ale. I don't know how this is going to turn out...
