Color is actually 13.7 -- 8.5 was from the previous batch that had both light and dark ME's.

This was in a 5 gallon pot...boil after ingredients added had the level slightly over 4 gallons during the boil. Added almost 2 gallons to top off.

This has been a work in progress since I first started playing with this recipe last August. It doesn't resemble the beginning product at al that I started with but I'm super happy with the result. It may seem fairly basic and limited in the number of ingredients but I've had rave reviews...
