We are a new, up and coming brewery based in the Lehigh Valley. We have recently acquired a space south of Bethlehem, where we will have an on-site tasting room in addition to our 3 BBL brewery. We are in the process of taking the final legal steps necessary to be able to produce and sell. We've...
Has anyone ever used Sorachi Ace hops in a cider, or even for a beer for that matter? I've read that it imparts a lemony flavor, and I think that could complement a cider very nicely. Thoughts?
