    popped off the pa nel cover today and my house panel is completely full! CRAP!

    Get an electrician to install a small sub panel at the main panel and do the run yourself to save some $, or if you have an older house maybe a new panel with more capacity is an option, as well as having a up to date panel.

    How much coconut and vanilla in primary?

    I would think you'd have better luck adding those to your secondary, or at least after most of your fermentation is complete. I'd say 8-10 oz toasted coconut and 1/2 to 1 bean would be plenty of flavour in 1g. (Source:Basic Brewing podcast on the subject)

    Bottling screw up

    Should be fine. I can't see if having much different of an effect from a cold crash before bottling. I've cold crashed and gelatin with no impact on bottling condition/carbing.

    Additions (coconut) to Primary/Secondary, sanitation?

    Mash Paddle

    Got a 4 foot piece of 4x1 maple for Christmas. Sure is a lot slower cutting than pine and cedar... Holes are drilled, now to router out a handle.
