    Counter pressure Bottling station

You can see the parts list in the first photo. They were bought in Israel, but you can find most of it in stainless on Ebay. The bottom part is 1/4 npt to 5/16 barb The upper brass part is drilled with 3/8 bit so the tube can pass trough it.

The valve is adjustable 0-20 psi, straight from the box, same as the one in morebeer's filler.

    Counter pressure Bottling station

Yes, it's adjustable and I'm using the 20lb spring. I would check with morebeer to make sure they didn't change the part.

    Another keg washer

That also an option, but I'm not sure it will spray sideways, the most important part is the lower part of the keg where the krausen is.

    Another keg washer

I'm not sure I understand the question, do you suggest to replace the copper pipe with a rubber hose? That may work.

    Another keg washer

This is my sanke keg fermenter washer. I used a small dish washer, took the sprinklers out and drilled a hole on the top, works pretty good, once I'll find a way to spray the water (spary ball , nozzle ,???) it will work great.

    DIY Venturi Cold Smoker

It was cooked and smoked at the same time. Built in temperature control makes it so much easier to operate compare to wood smokers.

    DIY Venturi Cold Smoker

I took it a bit further and hooked to smoke generator (cocktail shaker soldered to a stainless tee) to a medium size electric oven. works pretty good , some technical problems on the first use but the final product (turkey breast ,chicken and goose legs) was excellent.

    Counter pressure Bottling station

That's a concept version of my bottling station. The bottle filler is pretty standard. most parts which in contact with the beer are stainless, execpt the co2 ball valve on the left. The needle valve was replaced with adjustable pressure relief valve. I've mount it on a piece of...

The Switch - Sanke keg serving and fermenting

Here's mine, brass compression fitting, drilled to fit the 3/8 tube and a tire valve. the brass part is soldered to hold pressure, a lock nut alone wasn't good enough. I've added a ball valve to the pickup tube from morebeer, highly recommended.
