    Got Vanilla Cream Ale for Swap

    Howdy folks; I don't post much and I'm pretty new at this. I just bottled my 4th batch. It's a Vanilla Cream Ale from a modified recipe. Partial mash. I sure could use a critique. Anyone in the Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky area interested in a sample for sample swap? :mug:

    Braggot?

    Anybody have any experience with braggot? I just got done brewing a honey lager and was wondering what it would be like with the honey/malt proportions reversed. Any suggestions on yeast strains, fermentation time and bottling would be greatly appreciated. Here's a link to some old resources...

    First batch is done.

    Ok. Brewed with a Red Hook ESB clone kit two weeks ago. Racked from Primary to secondary one week in. My primary is a bucket the secondary is a 6.5 gall glass carboy. Bottled one week later. It is now at just past three weeks with a little over a week in the bottle. Good head, cleared up great...
