    Hey, your right I did miss interpret your statement. I read it in my mind as you left out the salt and coriander Altogether. , as opposed to leaving it out of your stated ingredients. My bad.

    No coriander, no salt, not a Gose. I’ve used US 05 with good results.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

    I’m gonna brew a margarita Gose tomorrow. I quit brewing 2 1/2 years ago when diagnosed as type II diabetic. I’ve missed it (although I wasn’t a frequent brewer then, still a newbie ). Blood sugars are under control, I drink Michelob ultra now and no blood sugar issues so I’m gonna play this...
