Tapped mine on tuesday(3 weeks from brewday) and I do have to say that it was still a little green. Tried some more last night and most of the harshness is gone. Thinking that by sunday it will be pretty ideal. Looking forward to it.

Just loaded at 4.5 gallons of it into the keg and will take my first pour tonight.
Started at 1.062 and ended at 1.013-4... So still a little sugary at the end but it wasnt moving.
Ended up just leaving it in the primary for about 18 days. Will post a report back here after the first pull...
Ok, brewed this up yesterday using the recipe in post 4.
Completely coked up my wand so i transferred the last gallon or so by just dumping the contents from the pot to the bucket... read in here that some others had the same issue.
How long can i let it sit on the entire contents before...

6.6lbs of briess light... is that dry or liquid? I am assuming liquid as the next line says dry ?
1.7lbs of light dry extract? any idea as to what type?
