    Experimental Beer Slim's Graham Cracker Ale 2.0

    Hmm...now that may explain part of my problems with this brew. I was using Food Lion Honey Graham Crackers both times I brewed it, and both times, it has some weird, off flavors to it.

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

    2 gallons of this one in the fermentation tank as we speak. I did change my pumpkin amount, I had a 29oz can in my mash just for my volume alone. Looks good, smells good, and we're only 2 days into the fermenting.

    Brewing this one again, as we speak. Had some fermentation temp issues on the first go 'round, which resulted in drinking liquid band-aids. Hopefully things go better today.

    Mother effer...my 2nd infected beer in a row, and sadly, neither due to the brewing process. This one and my Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Brown Ale both suffered the same fate: band-aid flavors. I know what can cause it, but I truly think this one was on my yeast choice combined with fermenting at ~73...

    Experimental Beer Slim's Graham Cracker Ale 2.0

    Brewed this one tonight. Best smelling mash I've had in the tun so far, by far! Only doing a 2 gallon batch, my OG came in at 1.064. Taste.....amazing, and will only get better with fermentation and conditioning. Thanks for this one, SD!
