My golden strong is still in primary but the samples are wonderful! I get a lot of bubble gum notes right now.

Just pitched on Friday into a heavily (citra) hopped Golden Strong. OG was 1.061 and I fully expect this one to dry out close to 1.000 - I'll update the forum once it's done. I had to pitch from the vial too because of a delayed delivery (USPS=lazy). Even without the starter it's still...
How did this turn out? I'm planning on a single hop mosaic IPA for next weekend and I'm a little concerned about using it for the bittering addition. I was toying with Warrior at 60/FWH and all mosaic for flavor/aroma/dry-hop.
