I agree with Brad, seems like you just aren't using enough to cool it. Many of us start off with at least 2 2litres to get it started

I have not seen these at any of my LHBS. Space tends to be very limited, so sticking an item that would potentially take up room and may not sell would be a problem for them I would think. Eventually I can see these making their way into HBS.

Keep this updated, looks like an interesting project that a lot of us with limited space could follow.
