Dry Hopping is chaning the taste of my beer
The last 2 batches I brewed with Cascade dry hops were Oktoberfest and Cascade Pale Ale. They both were dry hopped during secondary then on to a short 3rd stage then bottled. Both taste exactly the same. Like olives. I hate olives and will never use Cascade anything again. I'm goin back to...- Hallowicked
