    Plate Chiller Question

    I just got my 40 plate chiller today! I was planning on gravity feeding the wort through the chiller and recirculating the chilling water in an ice filled cooler/bucket. Is anyone doing it this way? Do you have a better idea? Thanks for your help.:)

    Need New Laptop

    I purchase the IT equipment for my firm and have seen the good, bad, and the ugly from most big name brands. Currently I would advise you to take a look at the Dell Vostro 3500. It's nicely built at a great price, and if you can live with a preconfigured (Fast Track) machine they will overnight...
