    Alcohol blending...

So the only reason why you can taste the alcohol in the beer is because it fermented at too high of a temperature?

    Alcohol blending...

Anyone have any tips or techniques on how to blend in the alcohol so that it isn't the most noticeable thing in the beer. Or is it really all in how the recipe is made?

    Aztec Imperial Stout

Sounds like it would add more flavor than just the powder, But i wonder about the oil from the peppers. I kinda remember reading something about staying away from putting oils in the beer ruining it, but i could be wrong. Anyone else hear of something like that?

I've decided I should go with the cubes, but then i started wondering. Once I use the oak cubes in the beer, must I buy more new cubes to do...

What kind of ale is this?

The chocolate malt didn't go too well with the apricots, so either take the chocolate out or the apricots. Though when I did take the first sip it was kind of interesting. Farely bitter with nice citrusy, fruity, honey flavors which blended nicley. Then when the chocolate flavor came it threw me...

    Best forced carbonation method

Wouldn't leaving your co2 tank flow in the keg for 2-3 days, reduce the co2 in your tank by a lot?

Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Vanilla Caramel Cream Ale

What would you think about using vanilla beans instead of the extract? It might give a real rich vanilla flavor to it. The only worry I have, if I did use it is using too much and over powering the beer with vanilla.

Why have the 2-row at 11.10 lbs, is that extra .10 lbs very tasty or something?
