I just started brewing again. My comments four months ago were that I did not want to go heavy on hops but just make some good porters and pale ales. Now I am buying centennial and citra so I do understand. Hops seem to be like sugar or salt in that we accommodate the them very quickly.
This site is great. I used to brew a lot when in college when we had kegs on tap but then stopped for several years. Just getting back into it now and have used this site for recipes etc. Here is the list of batches starting back up over the new year:
