    Thanks for the input. I tried it out of the bottom of the bottling bucket after we bottled and it did not taste bad. I will definitely get them in the fridge soon after they carb up and maybe make a backup batch.

    They were frozen. I thought I had read there wasn't any need to pasteurize if they were frozen, but looks like that would have helped.

    ya, sorry it is the first addition was for 60 minutes and the second was for the last 20 minutes, then 10 and 5. I thought I cancelled this post before it posted and posted another with the right times. I guess they both posted. Just saw it this morning. Had a few too many last night I guess.
