Little update: Bottled this last night. Of course I had to take a sample upon detecting the insane aroma. Tell you what, it was SOOOO good I actually drank TWO totally flat, totally warm glasses while bottling. My only change was a dry hop with 2.5 oz of Mosaic, a personal fave. I cannot...

Just experimented myself with FF 7C's in a DIPA when they were out of what I originally went for. Serendipity!!...Amaaaaaaaaaaaazing beer. Especially in conjunction with Mosaic as a DH. Will definitely be using more of this stuff.
