We run an in club competition 4 rounds with winning brewer getting final round beer brewed at a local brewery.
Style nights. A member will put together hand outs and talk about German, English, belgian beers etc.
Bad beer night. Bring in bad homebrew and discuss.

Question how is everyone controlling fermentation temp with these. I would love to get one but my chest freezer is too short for the kegco unit and not wide enough for the kegmenter. Looking at getting the glycol cool from spike to control temps or the glycol wrap that is on the market.
I use a cheap heating pad that I got off of amazon. I took the fabric cover off and set the Carboy right on top. This is sitting in my chest freezer controlled by an stc1000. Works good.
