I searched all the ways I could think of - Looking for a post I saw a while back that used a maxed out instant how water and a couple (few?) automated flow valves to modulate temperature of water. Background - I have a Eccotemp L5 - switched out the cutoff for $10 to hit 180 degree water...

If you are not wanting to poke around in the sidewalls to poke a hole you could go in from the side/bottom of the door (non-facing - if that's a word?). Seems like if there's a compressor hump you could simply poke a hole through the side of that - there shouldn't be any coils in that. I built...
