If I understand correctly, commercial keg washers vary the flow from high to low so that at low flow the cleaning solution runs down the outside of the spear instead of hitting the bottom and merely running down the sides of the keg. Do you vary the flow for this purpose? If not, how well are...

Why "T" type valves? With respect to the valve on the inlet to the pump, won't this allow mixing of the CIP and sanitizer solutions?

I am also planing on building a Sanke keg washer. Can you post some details on your keg washer? My thought was to use a short Sanke 1/4 barrel keg but I like your idea better. Is this kettle still available?
