First batch, first brew disaster. Need a suggestion

Hm it seems like those who have the Blichmann are quite happy with them. That last line is something that really stands out to me. Something I've always abided by but never put to words. It is definitely worth the up front cost to get the better tool in the long run. I may just have to...

First batch, first brew disaster. Need a suggestion

Welp bottling day for the first batch came around. But the bottling never happened. Put the bottling bucket on the old hand me down wooden dining room table from the parents. Awesome, are you doing an extract kit? Also what are you making? Thanks man. I made an amber ale extract kit as it was one of the simple starters at the shop. My next batch will be my first IPA, followed by a Saison. Think I'm gonna work a few batches doing those two as those are my favorite...

New and completely addicted in NJ

Hey Guys, I just started homebrewing. Few months back my girlfriend and I were on a date and we were sorta just talking about if we had no worries in the world what we'd want to do. I mentioned that if I had no responsibilities I'd love to work at a brewery as I've always been a rabid craft...
