I'm still a novice at recipe formulation, but you could do something like 90% 2-row, 5% carapils, 5% crystal 15 or 20. Mash at 152. Hop additions at 60 min (1oz), 15 min (1oz), and the rest (~1.5oz if my conversions are correct) at flame out. 100 grams isn't all that much (~3.5oz), so probably...

I brewed the clone kit from Northern brewer about 6 weeks ago. I want ahead and followed the instructions exactly with dry hopping in secondary (I do all dry hopping in sec). It came out amazingly, not quite pliny, but a great hop forward IIPA nonetheless.

I wish, then I could drink more beer and not worry about the morning

Only 2 weeks. Opened one atv1 week, tasted great but not enough carbonation, 2 weeks was great, longer wouldnt hurt but I dont know if it would really influence taste that much. Let me know how yours are

Just opened one. Not overrated, actually really good. Nice honey taste, noticeable but not overpowering. Definitely recommend this one

It would probably lighten the beer a little, but that's my personal preference, im a fan of lighter, hoppy ipas. Your original recipe looks great tho. Id only add the sugar if you wanted to lighten a little and not sacrifice abv

For ipa, maybe sub 1-1.5 #s of cane sugar for dme? Should make it a little more crisp, maybe make hops stand out a little more, if you want that effect, otherwise they look great
