    Hi from New Zealand!

    You have to love brewing, the combinations of malts and hops are almost endless. Sometimes I get a bit carried away and have to remind myself that my aim is to go pro so I should settle down and get my core recipes fixed but there's just so much you can try! What an adventure! Cheers Mark
