Funny you mentioned this because my Smoked Pumpkin Saison that I bottled yesterday, I have a feeling, will be the same way. After a OG of 1.083 the final was 1.009... which turns out to be 9.5%ish minus temp corrections...first that was a little too much. my mash temps were not...
