I'm adding a nitrogen bottle instead of beer gas so I can serve Nitro coffee. Soon I will be brewing a stout and have the ability to pressure ferment. I'm thinking I should pressure ferment somewhere in the 3-5 lbs range to get a little co2 prior to hooking up the nitrogen. Good or bad...
I'm 2 brews deep on an Anvil all in one. My mash efficiency has been 57% both times. Grain milled by AHS. I like that it's consistent but are there any tricks for consistent higher numbers? What's your process? Thanks!
