    Pectin I originally used Green Apple puree for a Milkshake IPA on a recipe last year and introduced it to my NEIPA recipe soon after. It contributes to a more pillowy mouth feel.

    Danby Mini Fridge Converted Kegorator

    We customized the internal door panel ourselves. Cut out some stainless steal, drilled six holes and powder coated the whole thing. The dimensions of it are 17 3/4" x 28 1/2". It's a little overkill to powder coat stainless steel but it's what we decided it looked better if it was black. :mug:

    Finished with the Kegorator, not just need to work on the tap handles, which I will post later.

    Trimmed the flanges on the railing before installation.

    Installed the beer tower with Perlick 650ss Flow Control faucets and started to build out the railing.

    Cut out a brushed stainless steel top and drilled the holes for the flange and hoses. Added a rubber gasket.
