I'm looking for a smaller keg that will fit in my wifes refridgerator. Most of the smaller kegs I have found are still 14" high - too tall. I found these ECOkegs online at 9" tall with a 10" diameter footprint.

Didn't bottle but I did brew a Belgian Trippel with an OG 1.081. Plus I racked a peach beer into tertiary for a 3 week brightening AND racked each of the 3 gallons of Mead on their way to bottling.
sometimes, you just have to "go for it". I dipped my hop bag (5 gallon paint strainer bag) in Starsan for a few minutes along with the whole peaches. I'm using a 7 gallon bucket for the primary. Stretched the paint strainer bag over the opening of the beer then proceeded to cut about 4 pounds...
I was gonna bottle a single malt that has been in primary for 2 weeks now. BUT... rather than bottle I have decided to add fruit - PEACHES - and let it rest another 4-5 days to add a little flavor :)
