Quick answer but you'll get the idea! It depends on where the keezer is located ie garage, basement... etc Also what temp to maintain in your brewing application. In my case my kegerator is located in my mudroom, that is actually part of my deck. Being in Vermont it can get down to below zero...

Yup! only single application, heat or cool, not both!
