    Welch's Grape Juice Wine

    I made this recipe using Welches white grape peach concentrate. It's been in secondary for several months, and I just racked it for what I thought would be the final time. When I tasted it, though, it was very hot and had a flavor that I would describe as brown sugar. Any thoughts on this?

    Adding hops at flameout

    We do use a kitchen strainer when pouring from the kettle. I wouldn't worry about them though, they'll settle out in your fermentor and it won't hurt your beer.

    Question on Sanitizer

    I use One Step as a wash, put my equipment away clean, then sanitize with Star San before using it. A little Star San goes a long way and I think it's totally worth it! I would also suggest filling a spray bottle with diluted Star San and keeping it nearby, I think it's important to keep...
