Hey all,
Seeking a west coast counter part to trade! Russian River doesn't distribute in NYC and I'm super curious to get my hands on some of their sour brews / barrel aged series. Supplication and Consecration at the least!
I'm local to NYC so have access to some small local nano breweries...
Going with my first saison / farmhouse. Doing a 12 gallon batch and splitting fermentations so I can do one with 565 and one with 566 (which will also get some Brett c a few days later). Can't wait to see how they turn out!
Second for fitting in a trip to Other Half, their tasting room isn't super
impressive but it's a cozy spot and they just started canning so might be able to pick up some to take with.
I live pretty close to Singlecut in Queens and that's a fun place with a great tasting room on the weekends...
