Live in Hawaii. Besides writing my book and going to the beach I have been actively brewing beer.
Right now I'm working on trying to experiment with Golden colored beer. I've yet to achieve the desired result but I'm starting to realize I have no desire to follow standard recipes.
Eventually I would like to have about 5 beers that I can brew with consistency. At that time I would like to incorporate The Big 5 into a food or beverage business of some sort.
