    Help. Accidentally added spices to steeping grains..will the batch turn out?

    Brewing an extract saison and accidentally added 1/2 oz bitter orange peel and 1/28oz Paradise seeds to the steeping grains. Didn't read the instructions carefully enough on when to add these(toward end of boil). Is it worth continuing the batch or will I end up with some funky flavors?

    I accidentally left a packet of liquid yeast at room temperature for about 5 hrs before activating it. I then activated it, made a starter, and pitched the following morning.
