New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Anyone store one of their NEIPAs in a keg for a month or two before drinking it? I was thinking about brewing a 10 gallon batch next time but wasn't sure how the flavor/aroma would hold up after sitting around for a month or two. My process has gotten much better and oxidation isn't much of an...

    Basket Options for Spike 15Gal

I recently went through the same thing when I built my electric biab setup a couple months ago. I went back and forth on the 15 vs 20 gallon Spike kettle as well. I will add 25-30% my hops during the end of the boil to target the IBU range I am after and add my whirlpool hops in the 150-160 range. I've never used el dorado before so I will take Dgallo's advice and switch up the ratio to use...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

I've been following this thread for a while and have probably read most of it by now. I've been brewing for a while but NEIPA is a new style for me. I've put together a recipe from what I've read in this thread but am starting to make myself crazy trying to figure out the hop schedule...

    Ohio Akron, Ohio area homebrewers

I picked up a bag of West Branch pilsner from Vine N Hop when I was out there a couple weeks ago. First batch is still in primary so, haven't been able to taste it yet. I took a drive out to Label Peelers yesterday since I had the day off work. It's kind of far for me but it looked like they...
