Hey guys so I just filled my 14 gal unitank for the first time and the main controller where you plug in the cooling coil and heat jacket keeps turning on and off. I can't even set the temperature I want before it turns off and back on. Has anyone had this problem? any recommendations ideas? thanks!

If it is possible to operate the controller without the peripherals plugged in you might give that a try.
It sounds like something may be overloading a power supply and triggering a power cycle.
Most likely a defective controller but disconnecting the loads may provide some insight to relate to SSB...

Cheers!

im thinking its something defective also that triggers the power cycle. For the moment being Im using my spike tc 100 package and I just connected the pump to the hot plug and filled a cooler with warm water so when it triggers the plug it pumps warm h2o into the coil. Seems to be working but its going to be a hassle to keep filling the cooler with warm water.
