Taste is a little grainy, very smooth and clean with just a hint of saaz spiciness. (74 degrees with high humidity makes for crap pictures when the sample is 36 degrees)
7.5lbs Pilsner
1.5lbs Munich
.25 Carapils
1oz Saaz 5.5% @ 60
.2oz Saaz 5.5% @ 5
Octoberfest Blend Wyeast 2633 @ 47-50
1 package into 1.5 Liters shaken like a red headed step child, then decanted and stepped up into 3L starter to aproximate 2 package pitch into 3L starter.
