Leaf deformities ID help (curling, discoloration, blistering)

I’m in coastal San Diego (10A). I planted 14 varieties of hops around the garden over the past couple months, for the most part they have been doing very well. These are first year field grade crowns from GLH. My biggest struggle has been dealing with black bean aphid infestations, which has included daily manual squishing and insecticidal soap applications, which I usually leave on for 5-10m then rinse off with water. It looks like the aphids are finally falling back and I’m not finding too many as of this week.

Unfortunately as of a week ago the leaves on quite a few of the varieties are beginning to show deformities. Could this be mosaic virus from the aphids? Nute burn? Pests? Overwatering?

I’ve fertilized lightly once or twice with organic balanced fertilizer, although the hops were planted in quite a rich soil/manure mixture.

Shown here is Petosky, Willow Creek (neomexi), Willamette, and Saaz (showing the yellowing of leaves inside to out, which is a different issue).

Any help diagnosing these issues would be much appreciated!

I had the same problem. In my case was due to overwatering... Try to reduce the irrigation and just do when you see the dried soil. Another suggestion is to mix the soil with sand.
