Here is my take on the Interurban IPA from Fremont Brewing. I like piney so I used Chinook through and through. I'm pretty new to making up recipes, but I was going off of the website (fremont's) which only stated the type of hops and grains used, nothing else. Do I have any issues with my hop schedule or even my malt bill? If anyone has tried a clone, what temp did you mash at; also what was the grit/water ratio used? Any advice is welcome, thank you!!

12lbs and a 2.25gal boil off is going to give you much better ABV....

if your SG from your final runnings ( after you have 6gal.) is 1.020 Stop and check your SG for the 6gal batch , if you're Sittin' at about 1.050 ur good without a 2hour boil :mug: u should be sittin' at an ABV of 5-6%
