First big, super hopped beer, so looking for some feedback. I did a saison a while ago with 3oz of Cita at Flameout and a 5oz dry hop and it was heavenly. Juicy with face punching aromatics. Looking for something similar but in a IIPA instead of American Farmhouse.

OG - 1.080
FG - 1.012
Mash Temp - 60min @ 148*
Batch Size - 5.5 Gal
IBU - 97.3 Calculated
Est ABV - 9.1%

Malt:
Maris Otter - 82.8% - 13.25lb
Munich - 4.7% - .75lb
Acid Malt - 4.7% - .75lb
Table Sugar - 7.8% - 1.25lb - Flameout

Hops:
1oz Magnum @ 60min - 32.3IBU
1oz Citra @ 20min - 19.6 IBU
1oz Centennial @5min - 5.4 IBU
3oz Citra @ Flameout for 20min - 35.5 IBU
1oz Cascade @ Flameout for 20min - 4.5 IBU

Dry Hop (prob around Day 4 of Fermentaion when it slows down):
4oz Citra - For 4-5 Days
1oz Cascade - For 4-5 Days

Yeast
Reuse yeast cake of 1098 from Pale Ale

My main questions here are:
-Is my bittering charge enough? Looking for enough to balance sweetness from alcohol and hop flavor, not going full on West Coast.
-Wanted to accent with some Centennial and Cascade. I want them there, but the Citra to be dominant. Do you think they'll be noticeable or lost in Citra's pungency?
-Any other thoughts on the recipe?

Thanks!

I think it looks solid. Good grain bill and hop schedule. You should get a bit more grapefruit and floral notes from cascade and centennial
